Forever Dawn would have considered "adult" which doesn't necessarily mean "dirty," just that it wouldn't have been targeted to teens but to adults, like The Host (I haven't got to get it yet so I don't know if it's dirty...Don't spoil me!)

it could be quite deadly if Edward loses control in that respect.

But one of the things I'm worried about is that in Twilight, Edward wouldn't change Bella cos he liked the way she smelt, and the way she blushes and all that. It's one of the reasons he was attracted to her in the first place. He says he doesn't know what he would do if he couldn't see her blush all the time or something like that.

When she turns, that won't happen, and I'm afraid there won't be that connection any more.

Despite what EDward says.

Haha, but adding to all of these possible theories. I'm gonna say that they will try, of course, it'll all turn out fine, with maybe a small glitch of some sort. They'll try as her last human experience. Maybe Edward will think that he can't control himself and he will, just like with the first book where he sucked out the venom. Afterward he'll go into how bad of an idea it was. How typical, right? Her vigina will be Fine! Think, Stephenie isn't THAT warped. Haha. Rolling Eyes

According to SM, there weren't really any "for adult" parts, it just was written for an adult audience. (And if you've read The Host, which is written for adults, you would know that there's not really anything much different than Twilight/NM/Eclipse.)
She also said that the best parts of Forever Dawn made their way into Breaking Dawn.

I feel like we all want SM to essentially write a porno book that has 600 pages of Edward+Bella doing it the whole time lol.

Alright so I'm kind of late in this thread and don't really feel like reading the entire 6 pages, although I did skim a lot.

Regarding Bella and Edward having sex before or after marriage - I'm sure that Bella will unthinkingly push him to have sex with her while she's human. Personally, I feel as though it would be a really bad move on her part, seeing as there are many complications. I mean, the guys penis is probably like a rock - I don't see how on earth she could ever get pleasure from that! She would just be in serious pain.

Also think about her blood. When having sex (if it could even work properly), her blood will be flowing at a faster rate (think of Edward when she blushed when he tried to kiss her the first time, and multiply it by 100!) I don't believe that he would actually lose control, but it would be in Bella's best interest to have supervisors, which would be rather awkward.

In my opinion, it would be the wisest decision for Bella to wait until after she is turned to have sex with Edward. It would probably much more enjoyable, because I really don't think that a human could enjoy/live through sex with a vampire. But of course, Bella doesn't make rational decisions when it comes to Edward, so she will probably make him de-virginize her before she's turned.
