well ive always loved that strong men cologne, but i feel like vampires would smell differently. maybe something old fashioned, or something exotic
"What?" Edward whispered back.
"Wait till he hangs his gun up!"

Yeah oldfashioned is good.. I was thinking of a heavy woman's perfume but that's probably a gross way to smell as a person..Perhaps it's sweet like cotton candy but at the same time icey and cool =)

I'd imagine him to have a sweet musky smell...I think that's a bit of a contradiction, but still!

I think Edward (and the other vampires) would smell different to every one, depending on what sent you like. This would make attracting victims easier.
For me that would probably be a sweet flower sent. I would say rose, but that's so warn out. :P

I've always thought Edward's breath would smell cool-like, probably with a hint of mint or eucalyptus. I've never imagined how his entire scent would be, actually, not until Bella (post-human) recognized his scent as something close to honey-suckle+sun.

I never liked strong male colonges but for some reason when I think of Edward, his vampire scene and masculinity I think of a floral mixture (like lily, jasmine) with musk because it would make it really sweet but still masculine and strong on the senses. However, his scent though as ForeverEponine explained (honey-suckle and sun) does also make sense :)
