Manga Lovers?

Postby ~*GuardianAngel*~ on Fri May 02, 2008 1:31 pm

Just list some or most of your favorite mangas. Or discuss some manga-related topics :3

~Chobits (I wish there was more...v.v')
~Vampire Knight (It's pretty juicy...^.^)
~Vampire Kisses (Still waiting for volume 2 to be released)
~Penguin Revolution
~Fushigi Yugi
~Ceres

I have a lot, but most of these are my faves. :D

Death Note
Peach Girl
Akuma de Sourou
Mars
Fushigi Yugi
Alice the 19th
Clover
X/1999
Sailormoon (The oldies : D)
The Day the Became a Butterfly
X-Day
Angel's Sanctuary
Kimi wa Petto
Boys over Flowers
Doll
Princess Ai (>.> Ya... It was actually pretty good)
I.N.V.U.
Fruits Basket
B.O.D.Y.
Gravitation
Hana Kimi
Imadoki!
The Wallflower
Paradise Kiss
Tenchi Muyo

Not in any specific order... But I used to read a lot of them and get hooked on them. Nowadays, not as much. I may forgo the manga and watch the drama. There are probably more that I still love...

With me it seemed to be a trend... It was either an extremely depressing series, or it was a cutesy shoujo manga. I didn't tend to go for endless action ones like InuYasha or Fullmetal Alchemist (Even though I later watched them as anime - and thoroughly enjoyed the Fullmetal Alchemist series with a passion).

I admit to geekdom. I'm ok with that. It gives us something to chat about. : )

Have you ever wished that one of your favorite mangas can be turned into an anime show? :3

Alice Academy
Bokura Ga Ita

I love Hana Kimi, but since I started college I couldn't ask my friend to lend it to me cuz I didn't see her so much, plus studying has taken away my time and stopped me from finish reading it on the internet. I heard it's finished and I can't wait to find out what happens in the end. I also love Happy Hustle High. I'm now reading Vampire Knight and I absolutely looooove it. I'm just starting, but I love Zero!!! And Kare's First Love is awesome! I also watched Rosario + Vampire and haven't gotten to read it yet.

I'm more of an anime person than a manga one. But I've read Volume 1 of Ouran High School Host Club, and is looking forward to reading more. :P
