Big News Tomorrow on MTV!
Be sure to check out Twilight Tuesday at MTVNews.com (you can also get the news at http://moviesblog.mtv.com/ or on tomorrow's TRL)! Larry "Made of Awesome" Carroll and the rest of the MTV crew will be announcing the plans for my Breaking Dawn events this August. We're all really excited, because this is no ordinary tour! It's going to be cool-beyond-my-capacity-to-comprehend, and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I surely will!
A note of caution: Remember, when the news breaks, that you were warned. I told you that my The Host tour would be my last big tour, and I meant it. So, while these events will be easily the coolest I've ever done, there will not be nearly as many of them, and they will be my last for a long while. I've toured extensively in the past three years and I need to scale it back for my own mental and physical health. Don't panic, though — if I'm not coming anywhere close to your town, we're working on a way to make sure everyone can see the fun of the Breaking Dawn events!

I think it is really cool that MTV is deciding to use Twilight Tuesday's to release information about the books and not exclusively the movie.

I think that's great too. That way we can be updated about both, not just the movie. There are so many Tuesdays left before December, you'd think they'd run out of stuff to put in!
I'm a bit sad though, because Meyer always does book tours of the States. I think she needs to consider us in the other parts of the world too. I would so fly over to Sydney or Melbourne if she came out here. _________________

To celebrate the release of "Breaking Dawn," author Stephenie Meyer will attend four story-and-song-fueled special events, accompanied by Blue October singer/songwriter Justin Furstenfeld. Insisting the mini-tour idea is "cooler than anything I could have imagined," Meyer has made plans for the following dates
· 8/1 - New York City @ Nokia Theater at Times Square
· 8/5 - Chicago @ Harris Theater
· 8/7 - Los Angeles @ Royce Hall
· 8/12 - Seattle @ Benaroya Hall

I'm disappointed that the big surprise had nothing to do with the cast. I don't know any of those musicians! I guess I'll give them a listen!
Edit: Listened to Blue October...ew. I didn't realise they were the "Hate Me" band. Ahhh, I am so disappointed. Haha. I don't likey! She should have gotten Muse or something...OH NO...I hope Blue October isn't plastered all over the Twilight soundtrack...ewwwwwwww. *panics*

What saves me from the disappointment that I would otherwise have is that I'll be in NYC then. Wonder what time it starts?
Blue October has better songs than Hate Me (I can't stand that one); give them another chance, they're pretty good. But, yes, Muse would have been better _________________

Are you going to go, then?
Because I will be there! I only live about 35 minutes from NYC, and I've been to Nokia theater a few times. It's not my favorite venue, but that is okay.
Anyone else going to NYC, or any of the other dates???

Sweet! Yeah, I'll be there if I can get tickets. Do you think there will be a lot of tickets available? _________________

OME..I really want to go to there. I'm probably 7 hours or so away from NYC, but hey..that's not bad at all. Not to me anyway.
Want to go badly...maybe I can get one of my friends to come with me so I'm not all alone. Eh?
