For some strange reason when I first read "The Bird Man?" I thought you were playing me..lol. It was quite humorous.
I can understand your adversion....that just popped into my head and I rarely use the word....to the books after Naked Empire. That was a bit ridiculous if you ask me.
But the last three books are quite good. It gets a little dry, but the last one Confessor makes up for it...bellieve me. If you like Nicci, she is much more prominent in the last three.
My favorite is indefinitely Faith of the Fallen. Don't stop reading them. There's only three left, don't stop. They're good and the last one does patch things all up.
