That could be pretty cool. In the books, Bella always seems especially terrified when it is Esme's turn to fight.

yeah, it would be interesting to see her be herself. she does seem like a true mother though, like she'd even mother Carlisle? he probly wouldn't need that. it's just that she did commit suicide because she lost a child, so it must be a BIG trait. nothing beats motherly love!

Esme is most definately the most mysterious. We know she's loving, caring and her 'gift' is she is compassionate, but we don't know a lot about Esme. To me, that's really difficult, because I then cannot understand her fully in context to the other characters.

Also too, I think some one mentioned it previously - if Rosalie is the only one not to taste human blood, then what an earth has Esme been up to?!?! There's a darker side to her then we've imagined...which I can't really see because to me Esme is like a grown up version of Snow White, with all the animals around her and everything...lol that's a bit sadistic considering she eats them... Shocked
