I thought that since I knew what would happen...I would skip through and get to the better parts. Not true at all. Edward's voice is so unique. It's wise and young at the same time. The first line completely shocked me.

When he talks about how high school is like his purgatory..that shocked me. I never expected Edward to say that. Yes, he would say something witty like that of course but to actually mean it? I didn't think so. I knew he must be bored of learning so much about it, but to consider it purgatory.

I was exceptionally glad to get to know more of Jasper. Jasper and Alice's relationship, and his first reaction to Bella. Oh that was fascinating.

Edward is so complex. I just thank Stephenie that she is writing Midnight Sun to let us see everthing of him, through his own words. For a while I was more excited about Midnight Sun being published than Breaking Dawn.

didnt bella say school was like a purgatory too in twilight?? i couldve sworn she did. does anyone know

Ok..so I was just going through Twilight and now I want to read it again. Gah!

I don't believe she ever said it was like purgatory. The only reason she would have was because of how Edward was treating her. I believe.

Sometimes when I read Twilight, I get frustrated with Edward cos I don't understand him, what he's thinking (lol). Midnight Sun really put that into perspective for me.

I don't however like it more than Twilight, I do think it is amazing. Edward's mind is much more interesting than Bella's. As soon as anyone gets information on possible release date, PLEASE let me know?!?!
