Anyone read any of Sarah Dessen's books?
I've pretty much grown up on her novels. I randomly grabbed one in eigth grade (one of the characters names was Morgan, I was intrigued) and I just got her newest novel, Lock and Key in the mail today.

All her novels are different stories, but she has taken characters from previous novels until she has formed this sort of community within her books. I feel like such a dork when I get excited to see them mentioned randomly here and there.
I just can't express how much I love her.
She is so insightful. She is one of my favorite authors, right up there with SM.

The name sounds so ridiculously familiar. I think I have read some of her work before.

The movie "How to Deal" that was out a few years ago with Mandy Moore and Trent Ford was based off of two of her books (they combined them into one).
Maybe thats it??

She seems like such a sweet person. She has a live journal writergrl.livejournal.com and writes in that a couple of times a week.
