not sure....

Despite its genre, The Host is a very human story. There aren’t any gadgets, ray guns, time warps, black holes, spaceships or any of the other sci-fi standards. It all takes place on the planet earth in the present day and is, at its core, a love story.

The first couple chapters are kind of boring, but it gets a lot better. Stick with it! You won't be sorry!

Welcome to the TA, by the way!

I agree with Molly. The first couple of chapters are quite slow, and it takes a bit to lift off. But once it does, The Host is a great book! I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the man candy is excellent! I still can't decide what Team I'm on...
