I am 99% LJ, the rest divides up between myspace and facebook.

I used to have an LJ account and I was inactive in it for so long that they canceled the account. LOL...but I just started a new one. I have 1 fan fic started on there, but it is not very good, nor is it near finished. but here is the link anyways...have fun =] I should be updating soon.

I have a new live journal account. It's not really a personal blog, it's actuall 100% related to Twilight Movie news. I'm thinking about buy a .com name for it, it's already a paid live journal account. We'll see how it goes.
I post news there, as well as my own lovely comments, haha. But I update it entirely too much.

Um i've just signed up for an lj, and I found a layout on premade ljs that I want to use, but I don't actually know how to actually make it my layout!!

Can someone help me, pretty please???

EDIT: Okay, so it showed me how to install with picture diagrams, but the way that have lj set out is NOT like mine at all. Like, there is no edit journal style part or anything!!!

EDIT EDIT: Also, if you guys wouldn't mind, maybe someone could show me the ropes? I'm a bit lost (and technologically disabled in case you haven't realised!!!!) THANKS!!

When you are logged in, you go here http://www.livejournal.com/customize/

Usually, your desired layout has a guideline. You choose the layout per these guidelines. Make sure to go to the buttom and choose the place of the sidebar correctly.

After that, you go here. http://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml
and link Custom CSS which will bring here http://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml?group=customcss.
Easy so far?

Make sure to follow the guidelines of the layout creator again.
Then you paste the code into the big box and click Save Changes.

ALL DONE!!!!

The FAQ of LJ are quite good and should help you with any basic questions you have.

Good luck if you don't get lost in the journal, but I'll just stick to the present entries; I have had people comment on my newest entry, asking me who this person is or what happened from the past and etc., because it can get confusing. If you do read it, just take your time when you get bored. Some of it does have Twilight in it and the majority doesn't (I got into Twilight by January). Smile
