OK, so we know Jacob didn't imprint on Bella, does anyone think he might imprint on someone in Breaking Dawn? I'd hate for him to end up alone (though he'll always have me) or worse...

I think he WILL imprint on someone else, SM made it very clear on her site that he didn't imprint on Bella and I think he deserves a happy ending, so I think she'll have him imprint on someone while he's run off being a wolf.

But isnt it supposed to happen as soon as they see them? I suppose it could happen because his mind is so filled with Bella at the moment.. But I dunno, I was kind of hoping it'd be someone we didnt know yet. Haha ah well, guess we'll find out when the book comes!

That's true. But I kind of loved him and Leah at that last part in Eclipse! Totally awesome.

Haha, yeah that was kind of funny. Didn't Stephenie knock down the Jacob/Leah theory, though?

He better imprint. Not that I can do anything about it if he doesn't, but still. He better imprint.

Yeah, I'm hoping it's with a new character, I can't see him with anyone in the books right now.

Oh man, I thought Leah and Jake were so nasty to one another in the Epilogue of Eclipse. They were both hurting, they could have taken comfort in one another going through similar experiences but instead they were just super in-sensative and mean.

Jacob deserves a happy ending, I hope he imprints on a new character. Maybe one of the Denali clan? That would be something.

Wow, that would be really interesting. I never thought of that either. Humph. Now I cannot stop thinking about it...

Oh yeah and isnt there a chance Leah Clearwater could me Jacobs half sister or something? Because her Mum would have to have slept with one of the old pack? Like Billy Black or something? For Leah to be in the new pack NOW?

It wasn't Leah who could be his half sister.

Leah was the one who knew about it and so she gave the information to the wolves when she became one which messed them all up. And Jacob, Paul and Sam were all trying to figure out if Embry was their halfbrother or not. Jacob was hoping it was Sam because he didn't really know his father.

....Now I have to make sure if it's Embry! Yup, it's Embry..Edward Tells Bella on pg. 418.

And the Stephenie explains that Jacob could NOT have imprinted on Leah because he was too mean to her. She explains by explaining how it's shown that he didn't imprint on Bella...

He would do what the girl he imprinted on wanted. First sight. She would be his to protect. He wouldn't have to keep anything from her. He would be hers, completely and totally. Paul is an example when he imprints. He never saw her but she sat right next to him...and BAM he stares at her almost the entire time they are at the barbeque.

Yeah, they're not going to be obsessed. But if he couldn't be so mean to the girl he imprints on.
