I was sent the ENTIRE first chapter of Breaking Dawn from someone on facebook - the special edition was apparently released early in some stores. If anyone would like to read the preface and first chapter - send me a PM with your e-mail. I will not take anyone's e-mail off of this thread, only from a PM.

i read it on livejournal last night, someone on imdb gave out the link.
i'm, not sure if it's real though...it was sort of weird 
do you think the one you read was the real thing?

I think I'm going to step back from all the speculation of the chapter now, and just wait the week I have until I get it.
I was hoping that A&R would get it early...they got the Host early!!
I'm so scared they haven't ordered properly or something. *Starts hyperventilating*

It seemed real. The girl I got it from said her bookstore got it early. She also e-mailed me a pic of the first page and the cover art and the first page matched up so I think what I have is the real thing

I just read the chapter that Little Miss found...and I'm a bit of a writer myself.
I do not believe this is Stephenie Meyer's voice...actually if this turns out to be the correct chapter..I'll be shocked. It's good I like it...but it's not Stephenie Meyer.
This person is a good mimick when it comes to the narrative, but with the dialogue...it's not what Alice, Edward etc. would say. I can just tell...not even wouth Renee or Bella would say. For instance "Humongous mistake" ......I don't believe Bella would say humongous. She would just say big. Don't ask me why...but it just feels like it.
I do not believe this is the real first chapter, plus with Stephenie basically putting the book in a Vault with a key and a number pad, with also an identification for her fingerprint only.
