Bella is an exceptional human among the vampires, and I can't wait to find out what her ability will be or how powerful she will be. She is not succeptible to any mind tricks as a human, so that will be intensified as a vamp. She also had an aversion to blood, and she is for some reason extremely sought after by other vamps. What do you think her abilities will be? She is also very passionate and completely lacks the gene of selfpreservation. LOL. Also do you think that her changing into a vampire will change her in any way? Will she beable to love Edward for the rest of eternity or will Edward be able to love her for the rest of eternity? What if he finds someone who smells exactly like Bellaf, will he be tempted? So many questions! The book needs to come out already

I was wondering about the whole finding someone else that smells like Bella, didn't it happen to Emmet twice (not positive about that but cant go check because I'll be tempted to readthe book and i REALLY need to study lol)? But whos to say it wont happen to Edward again, whos to say it wont happen to Bella... ok let me hush

I don't think it happened to Emmett the way it did to Edward. I don't know how to really explain it. But it's like...Emmett's was just a temptation, because he already found his other half whereas Edward's was his other half.
I mean...if he hadn't been 'sung to' for almost 100 years when he had a couple years away from his family...ok I hate it when it makes sense to me but it's really hard to explain.
ManiacsRose - I think I know what you're trying to say. It hasn't happened to Edward yet and he's "110" years old so I personally think the chances of Edward finding another person who "sings" to him like Bella are slim to almost none. True, it happened to Emmett but nowhere in the books does it say anything about it happening to any of the other 5 Cullen's.
I guess I just don't think that SM will end it with Edward finding someone else or Bella finding someone else. I think she's going to end it with them being together because that's what her readers (well, the majority of them) want.
As for her powers...I somehow see her posessing all the powers that we've seen thus far - the mind reading, the seeing of the future, Jane's ability to show torment - I think she's going to be the ultimate powerful vampire and therefore be untouchable. *Shrug* just a suggestion. _________________

i don't really know about Edward's part. well, remember Emmett met those people that smelled so good to him in a dark alley and ate them? he didn't fall in love with them. BUT it's not like he gave it a chance for them either, and besides, he's with Rosalie. so perhaps Edward will be tempted to bite others, but not be in love with them. ofcourse he'll love Bella forever! what else is there to look forward to but the one you can love forever? i hope there's no cold feet in BD. wait, am i even answering the question? ahh...nvm.
I like the idea of the aversion to blood the most. As it has been speculated on many boards, it just seems to fit. She won't loose herself in the blood lust, though she may have the strength of a new born. (though i'm iffy on this one, i'm wondering whether Stephanie foresaw this from when she did write twilight? - she might of thought this point so far ahead, so I'm doubting this theory)
As well as of course, not being effected by the minds of other vampires. - i bet bella has something extremely important locked in that mind of hers, more than we know as of now. i'm interested to see what SM will unveil.
i like yoru theory lexiani, about having all the powers, possibly her mind absorbs them all? Maybe its not something that blocks her thoughts from edward/jane, but like an absorption thing? _________________

I'm almost 100 percent certain that SM said that her aversion to blood wasn't significant. But I do like the theory; it would be easier for Bella and the rest. _________________
