So, assuming that she becomes a vampire, what do you think Bella's first meal as a vampire will be?
I saw this topic being discussed on the Lexicon message boards, and I was curious as to the opinions of everyone over here.

I'm going to have to go with Mountain Lion - I figure once Edward bites her and all he'll be the one taking care of her and helping her the most (all the Cullen's will) and so I'm sure he'll take her out hunting for the first time and why not go with his favorite meal??

Ok >.> Soooooo Maybe I think something terrible would happen (As I hope for some dramatic twist where she went crazy and had a human or something)....

But something in my mind does want to just go with deer... Most probable and sufficient an answer... Deer would be close and easy to catch. I don't think facing an angry grizzly would be on top of her list of things to kill for a first meal. Mountain Lions most likely too far away for that.

Still I put human... For the sake of crazy twists everywhere. I thought about putting wolf... But... I would feel bad for even thinking Bella would kill one of the wolves, even in a fit of vampire fury.

I love twists too much.

I have to go with deer... Even though Bella will be crazy strong, I think Edward is going to want to start her off slow, I mean.. we all know how protective he is of her, so I doubt he'd let her go after a lion or bear right away..

Although.. It is feasible she could slip and eat a human.

I put penguin as a joke, and I was so surprised that I wasn't the only one who answered that the same way! All kidding aside, I think it'll probably be a deer or an elk or something along those lines.

Notice how no one voted for wolf. Hmm... Mr. Green

I'm not against Jake but it would be so ironic Laughing

Then I put mountain lion which is kind of romantic.. However deer would be most realistic.. when Bella is newborn she will probably be very hungry and not able/willing to take a long journey...deer is just fast food, you know ? Very Happy

I guess that's true about the deer being "fast food". Although I laugh at the thought of Emmett bringing a freshly-turned Bella a mountain lion on leash for her to eat...haha.

I put down a deer, just because Bella seems like a deer kinda girl!

I really wanted to put down penguin ... until I remembered that penguins are in the south pole. They would have to go on a big vacation in order to get to one!

i wanted to put human as a cruel twist but edward would never let that hahppen...so i had to go with wolf because none of the cullens would mind if there was one less wolf in town and it is such an ironic twist of fate. something bad has to happen... Confused

arn't they headed to alaska to turn her? penguin doesn't seem so far off... neverminds, they are only in the southern hemisphere.... bummer i thought i had some light bulb go off thinking i knew something... BAH FINE! Confused

so oh i dont know i guess my vote is.... mountain lion. They will be up north, not at the cullen's place, and it would be romantic, so my guess is that edward might kill the lion and bring it to bella.
